Preparing of the examination:

Most examination require some basic preparation from you before you arrive. Please read the relevant inform prior to your appointment.

Abdominal Ultrasound:

An overnight fast and an early morning appointment is most ideal way to fulfill this preparation.

However anything between 4-6 hours fasting is also acceptable.

Renal Ultrasound:

Examination requires a full bladder.

Pelvic Ultrasound:

Examination requires a full bladder.

TVS:

No preparation.

Obstetric Ultrasound 1st trimester:

Full bladder of TAS, for TVS no preparation.

Obstetric Ultrasound Nuchal screening test:

Best performed during 12th week of you, no preparation.

Obstetric Ultrasound Morphylogy Scan/ Fetal anatomy Scan:

Best performed during 19th week of pregnancy. No specific preparation.

Obstetric Ultrasound Growth & Colour Doppler:

No preparation. It is mandatory for all pregnant patient to bring your referring doctors prescription and an Id. As per PCPNDT guidelines.

X-ray facility:

All general routine X-rays are performed.
